* We have a strong committment to local and prime quality ingredients. So our eggs are free range, organic and delivered to us by the people who feed the chickens. Our coffee and tea are Direct Trade from Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters, our bread is baked around the corner by Bourke Street Bakery and to the best of our ability all the other ingredients used are sourced locally to reduce our carbon footprint. As a consequence of this dedication our breakfasts are varied, seasonal and delicious.
