ACCOMMODATION & RATES
There are four rooms available, one suite downstairs with its own dedicated bathroom, three upstairs, one with a generous en-suite and two sharing the luxurious marble bathroom.
The downstairs suite has two rooms, each 25 square metres with the bedroom having a queen upholstered bed. This room is linked by high double folding doors to the private sitting room which has a sofa bed that opens to a comfortable double bed with an inner spring mattress. It also has a piano for the musically inclined. Both rooms have marble fireplaces and the bedroom has double French doors onto the verandah and has its own dedicated bathroom down the hall.
The upstairs gallery room is 35 square metres with a stainless steel queen four poster bed and has a comfortable sitting area. It also looks out over the front garden and has a collection of life drawings, paintings and prints. This room has a generous sized ensuite bathroom.
The upstairs front room is 27.5 square metres, has a queen four poster bed and a sofa that can be made into a three quarter bed. This room looks out across the verandah to the leafy front garden. The out back upstairs room at 30 square metres, is very light and airy and has sweeping distance views from the south western suburbs across to the ridge line of the Royal National Park. It has a modern queen bed and is large enough to include a small sitting room. Both these rooms share a beautiful marble bathroom.
All Rates are calculated on 2 adults per room per night.
Our single rate discount is less A$20.00 per night.
Extra guest surcharge of A$30.00 per night, to cover additional breakfasts and linen, applies for each extra person in your room.

Conditions, Discounts & Surcharges
Bookings and Reservations: A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation, with the balance to be paid on departure.
Check In Time is 2.00pm and Check Out is 11.00am. It may be possible to vary these times by arrangement subject to availability.
Payment can be made by Credit Card, Cheque in advance, Electronic Funds Transfer or Cash. Eftpos and Credit Card Facilities for MasterCard and Visa are available.
A discount of 5% applies for extended stays of one week or more - dependent on availability.
TARA has a minimum stay period of 2 consecutive nights, however, for special circumstances, exceptions can be made subject to availability.
Rates for single night stays, when available, attract an A$50.00 surcharge to cover added cleaning and linen costs. All prices are subject to the addition of 10% GST. Single nights stays not available for weekends.
Cancellation Policy: Given more than 21 days notice - deposit will be refunded in full; Less than 21 days notice - deposit will be retained unless accommodation can be rebooked; 72 hours or less notice - deposit will not be refunded and balance will become due and payable. To avoid loss due to unexpected changes in travel plans that are beyond control, we strongly recommend all guests take out travel insurance.
High season peak periods
Rates increase by 10% for the peak periods of NSW summer school holidays - end of December through to end of January - public holidays and long weekends. Extraordinary peak periods including Christmas/New Year, Easter and Mardi Gras are subject to minimum stays of 7 nights and an additional 25% rate surcharge.
