This page is to give ideas for things to do that are either locally based or off the beaten track. We work on the principle that you've most probably done all the usual research so want to give you ideas of things to do that may not be mentioned elsewhere.

• Sydney Opera House
  What's on at the Opera House, guided tours including the intimate backstage tour, restaurants & performances. Let's face it the SOH is iconic and not to be missed.

  A hidden gem Osteria di Russo & Russo in Enmore is fast gaining a reputation for fine dining with friendly service. You are gently transported to an Italian village on the Amalfi Coast which just happens to be on Enmore Road, this is delicious old fashioned dining without the fuss.

• Hartsyard Restaurant
  Hartsyard is comfort food with an urban edge. Licensed restaurant and bar located on Enmore Road, Newtown. Hartsyard uses seasonal produce grown locally.

  An extraordinary private collection of contemporary Chinese art housed in a converted knitting factory that is a delight to visit and is free. It also has a wonderful tea house on the ground floor.
